Another principle we follow in the mornings is east-facing yoga, which motivates us in the spirit of the sun to shake off inertia, since east is the direction in which the sun rises.

We also conduct sessions of meditation under a banyan tree, which has been said to be sensitive to emotions and thoughts. Another Nirvana offering for our guests is an Om-chanting session in an acoustically designed hall, which creates reverberations of the chants, thus creating a very charged and motivating spiritual atmosphere.
